Your responsibilities and duties
· Talent Acquisition (realization of the recruitment campaigns) – International search of IT experts on various experience levels based on clients need
· Conducting and updating the database
· Precision job descriptions for positions, creating and posting advertisements on job portals, SoMe
· Preparing, organizing, and running the interviews with potential candidates
· Creating reports regularly
· Presenting the candidates to the external clients
· Administration
· Representation of the company the job fairs
· Maintaining relationships with the IT community
· Creating and Maintaining the partnerships with universities, public institutions
· Creating positive brand awareness

Education:
· University education (preferred, not necessary)
· Graduated from Psychology, Economics or IT
· English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Experience:
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment with specialization in IT
· Knowledge of other HR practices (education, evaluation, adaptation process, motivation, management consulting) is an advantage
