  • The lead solutions architect is ready to conceptualize, design & build Telco/IT products & solutions from scratch

  • Self-motivated to drive the BSS/OSS end-to-end architecture roadmap

  • Self-starter of enterprise architectural initiatives and works closely and cohesively with the Product Managers, Products Owners, Vendors/COTS providers and system integrators

  • Very fluent and articulative at CXO level communications and can keep the stakeholders up to date with the concepts, architectural topics, Qualifications releases, and corresponding roadmaps

Essential qualifications:

  • Professional experience: 5-8 years as a Solutions Architect

  • Desirable qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect

  • Good to have experience in Service Now

  • TSM (Telecommunication Service Management)

  • OMT (Order Management for Telecommunication)

  • Aware of Telco B2B business process

  • Cloud Architect Certifications from AWS/GCP

  • Nice to have network technology and protocols knowledge

  • Nice to have delivery experience in SAFe Agile methodology

  • Nice to have experience in delivering multiple customer projects

Essential skills:

  • Thorough understanding of software architectures and development methodologies

  • Experience in converting Business Requirements to Solution Implementation

  • IT and application architecture and design on chosen technology/platform both high level, translation of the same at a low level

  • Strong functional knowledge on Lead to Cash Processes within B2B/Telecom Industry

  • Strong experience in the Telco Domain – Quotation Engines, CRM, Service Fulfillment, Orchestration, Orchestration, and Billing

  • Should have experience and a good understanding of Cloud technologies and deployment models

  • Ability to provide solutions and think end to end

  • Identify the potential architectural and functional risks/issues in advance and provide alternative solutions

  • Creative in delivery handling and bring in constant technical improvement mechanisms for BSS/OSS products, homegrown applications and solution delivery execution

  • Hands-on experience in one or more Migration Transformation Programs
