We are looking for Cyber and IT Security Support, reporting to CEE Security Offices.

The position is suitable also for Juniors.


Main Activities:

§  Responsible for delivery and implementation of the Cyber Security program agenda

§  Implementation of the agenda according to Group requirements based on NIST Cyber Security framework

§  Execution of action plans defined by CEE Security Officer in areas such as (not only):

o   Cyberculture

o   Vulnerability Management

o   Privileged Account Management

o   Malware Protection

o   Third Parties Security

o   Application Security

o   Authentication Mechanisms

o   Data Security

o   Cybersecurity Management & Gov

o   Cyber Incidents Management

o   Cyber Crisis Management

o   Patching Management

o   Critical Asset Recovery

o   Asset Management

o   Logging & Detection

o   DDoS Protection

o   Identity and Access Management

o   Network Sec Segmentation

o   Network Sec Wireless & remote

o   Cybersecurity Integration

o   Workspace Devices


In more details:

§  Execution of action plans within each category

§  Unification and standardization of processes

§  Keeping determined deadlines and reporting of any issues with the implementation and delivery

§  Contributes to, clarifies, and provides suggestions for the requirement over the different phases of the project

§  Ensures that alerts are escalated when necessary and produce appropriate and high-quality reporting

§  Participates inappropriate status meetings

§  Delivery of reporting indicators (KPIs), status report forms, etc.

§  Maintain relationship with all project stakeholders and clients (Business Representatives, Business lines, etc.)

§  Ensures that the various deliverables defined in the project management methodology in use are delivered

Contributes to and ensures that the assessment of the project's business value has been achieved.

You will also participate in Executive meetings and Committees such as Cyber Security program Steering committee or Cyber Security program Status committee.

Hard Skills

·        Minimum of 1+ years in Security Area (Information Security, CyberSecurity)

·        Ability to work effectively with business managers and IT operations staff

·        Experience with common information security management frameworks such as the International Standards Organization (ISO) 2700x, NIST Cyber Security Framework

·        Strong analytical skills to analyze and understand security requirements and being able to implement or execute appropriate security controls

·        Experience in system technology security testing (vulnerability, scanning, and penetration testing

·        Experience in server management basics

·        Basic log management skills for servers and LAN

·        Basic experience with ITIL framework

·        An understanding of the business impact of security tools, technologies, and policies

·        Experience working with legal, audit, and compliance staff

·        Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with various Cardiff personnel e.g. Operations, IT, Security
