Sales Support Intern

Create Customer in Odoo CRM system, with all the relevant information and contacts;
Updating Odoo CRM and following up the new customer there and sending daily highlights by mail or WhatsApp to Sales department;
Internal search for suitable and available candidates by 5% of daily utilization;
Making cold calls, generate sale leads, update database with candidates and inform the Sales department about them based on priorities and qualities;
Hiring research, daily scanning of vacancies for IT professionals by 25% of daily utilization;
Keep focus on LinkedIn and job portals (Profesia, Kariéra, Jobs Jooble Glassdoor, Monster etc.);
Monitor ongoing hiring only for selected profiles (.NET/PHP/DB analyst, Data scientist, Full stack developer, Java, Java Script, Windows admin, Microsoft admin);
Administrative support upon request from Sales department by 20% of daily utilization;
Conduct research and gather information through surveys or by speaking to staff and clients;
Assist the Sales department, with any allocated tasks like scheduling meetings or updating documents and customer records;
Preparing templates to be send to customers or to be posted on the social media, identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions;
Keep log on everything learned (Sales cycles, Account plan preparation, reports preparation or basic risk management understanding).
Strategic Thinking Skills;
Student of Bachelor or Master Degree of Sales, International Sales, Business or related field;
Ability to work onsite in the office in Bratislava.
