Be a Reporting subject matter expert who supports all operational processes from a data perspective, and ensures the quality, accuracy, integrity of the data being reported and analyzed.
Daily activities include providing subject matter expertise with our ServiceNow Reports module by performing research within the source system, collaborating with stakeholders to provide reporting support (monthly, quarterly, annually and ad-hoc), resource group management and user access control functions.
Develop KPIs, reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of current technical investments.
Work closely with dedicated business resources to ensure reports are captured correctly, develop reports quality standards, support reports cleansing, scheduled update meetings and periodic reports quality audits
Support all aspects of reports measurement, monitoring and reporting metrics that are identified as critical to support defined business objectives.
Provide resource and team-management functions in support of organization and planning analysis activities
Conduct training for end users on new reports and dashboards and communicate best practices effectively to anyone in the company from executives to staff
Proactively analyze reports to answer key questions for stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with a focus on what drives business performance and efficiency
Keep up-to-date and recommend improvements on existing tools or industry best practices.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role required
3+ years of ServiceNow experience
3+ years of experience in building custom reports specific to business needs with graphics
3+ years of experience in Dashboards and widgets
Strong knowledge in Performance Analytics and plugin installs
Experience in database views and report sources
2-4 years of experience with relational databases and BI tools required
2-4 years developing analytic reporting required
ServiceNow Certified Administrator (or equivalent experience)
ServiceNow Certified Performance Analytics (or equivalent experience)
