ServiceNow Implementation Specialist/Developer who has strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of ITIL, CSM, Telecommunication processes, experience working on a Scrum team, and excellent ServiceNow development skills as they relate to Flow Designer & Workflows.
- Align ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap. Develop, test, and implement new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. Assist with ServiceNow upgrades, action skipped changes, and create/run tests. Stay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies
3+ years as a ServiceNow Implementation with experience developing in the following areas:
ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog
CSM: Case Management, Agent Workspace, Communities
Test Management and ATF
2+ years as member of an Agile, Scrum, or Kanban team
Strong communication skills that include the ability to write clearly and concisely
Knowledge of the ITIL framework
Knowledge of database fundamentals
Accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
ServiceNow Certified Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Customer Service Management
ServiceNow Certified IT Service Management
