Job Description
Client is the second-largest multichannel video service provider in the US. New Development and extension of its WiFi extension solution. You will be responsible for characterizing various constraints that could impact quality of WiFi network, come up with various home network topologies based on constraints, finding out the optimum home network topology and applying the optimal topology so that customer could have seamless WiFi experience around the home.

As a Software Developer your tasks will be:
- Work as a part of the C & Linux - Embedded team to develop reliable and scalable WiFi solutions
- Participate in software design and code reviews
- Work independently with good problem solving skills

What's the required skill-set?
- Strong technical skill set in software development, strong command of C, Networking and Embedded Linux - 3 years of experience
- Awareness on WLAN, Ethernet drivers along with experience in TCP/IP, switching & routing, Bridging
- Software development using Git
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Willingness to learn and improve your skills
- Very good command of both spoken and written English
And as a Nice to Have:
- Development experience with WiFi technology
- Experience with RDK-B/ Yocto/ OpenWrt
