1. Understanding the needs

2. Sourcing and Screening
Sourcing our candidates means identifying the ideal employees suitable for the roles that clients are looking for. Therefore, we launch the screening which consists of candidates' interviews, as well as careful assessment of candidates.

3. Selecting and Presenting
Selecting the right candidates is a process of collecting information and processing the candidates' profiles. Afterwards, the applicants are presented to clients, whereupon they can be invited to an interview. 

4. Interview Process
Through interviews, clients can verify the presented information, become familiar with the applicant or even assign a task to them to test their qualifications.

5. Agreement and Onboarding 
In the case of a mutual hiring contract between the candidate and client, the onboarding process in initiated. All details regarding onboarding are passed on to the applicant. We thoroughly accompany the candidate up to the onboarding date.
